First Grade News for the Week of May 23rd We have come to the end of our first grade Journey. It has been a fun year. I have seen so much growth in all of the children in all areas. We have learned how to get along with each other and solve our problems in a respectful way. We know that Jesus is our friend and He will guide us and help us to make good choices. This week we were able to enjoy some S.T.E.A.M. activities (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) around the theme of The Three Little Pigs. We also included some reading and writing activities. The students enjoyed going to the other classrooms, learning and exploring more on this familiar folk tale.
